Items in Stock
All items that can be purchased on the website are in stock. If a product is sold out, it is explicitly stated on the website, including the date it is back in stock.

If a technical error has occurred and a product is incorrectly available on the website but is not in stock, you will be contacted within 48 hours and notified when the product is expected to be delivered to you and alternatively have the option to cancel the purchase with full compensation.

Complaints and Disputes
Any disputes must be resolved by either the General Complaints Board (ARN) in Sweden or by the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).

Right of withdrawal

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act (2005:59), you as a consumer (private person) have 14 days right of withdrawal from the moment you receive your order, either in whole or in part.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to notify our customer service in writing, and then return the order within 14 days of contacting us.
