Silk Route AB Returns Policy

At Silk Route AB, we aim for complete customer satisfaction. Please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds.
General Policy

You may return eligible products within 30 days of purchase.

Only unopened products are eligible for return. Opened packages cannot be refunded.

Some products, such as ceramics, are final sale and non-returnable.
Return Shipping

Within Sweden: Returns incur a fixed fee of 49 SEK.

From Denmark, Germany, and Finland: Returns incur a fixed fee of 79 DKK (Denmark) or €8 (Germany/Finland).

Please keep and reuse the original packaging for returns. Attach the provided label and drop off at the location specified in your email.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned products are received and inspected.

Return shipping fees (where applicable) are deducted from the refund.

We are not responsible for damage caused during return shipping.

Pack your items securely, attach the return slip, and drop off at the designated location.
Unclaimed or Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned to Silk Route AB because it was not collected, delivery was refused, the recipient was unavailable, or incorrect details were provided, a return handling fee will be charged. This covers return shipping, packaging, and processing costs. The fee varies based on package size.
