Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Silk Route. 

Order processing Times

  • All orders are processed within1-2 working days from the order date.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
  • Once we hand over the parcel to the delivery agent, you receive a tracking number via email (in case of tracked delivery)

Delays:

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days.
  • If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Delivery Time: 

Delivery within 2–4 business days in Sweden, 6–9 business days in Denmark, Finland, and Germany after handover to carrier.

Shipping costs:

  • Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout.
  • Once shipped, the order can not be cancelled, only returned. In such cases, our return policy applies.

Unclaimed package/Return Fee
A return fee of 49 SEK (Sweden), 79 DKK (Denmark) and 8 EUR (Germany/Rest of EU) is charged for return shipping or if the package was not claimed by the customer in time. Please check our return policy for the same. 

Damage during shipping:
Sometimes, the customer can receive a product that has been damaged during shipping. Any shipping damage must be reported as soon as possible after delivery. In such cases, a decision is made on return and refund if the customer requests it. Please contact us via email in such situations: hello@silkroute.se
