Ginger Chai Pralines

Pralines are rich, caramelized confections known for their smooth, nutty sweetness. Traditionally made with sugar, butter, and nuts, they melt in your mouth with every bite. Infused with the warmth of ginger, this version adds a bold twist to a classic indulgence.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp instant ginger chai
  • 1 tsp cognac
  • Zest of ½ lemon

Recipe:

  1. Roughly chop the chocolate and melt over a water bath.
  2. Warm the heavy cream and mix in the chai powder.
  3. Blend the melted chocolate with the chai mixture, cognac and the lemon zest. 
  4. Whisk the mixture until an even consistency is formed.
  5. Pour the chocolate in forms and let it set at room temperature or in the fridge.
